The 523i comes with a 2.5 liter straight six engine mated with a 8 speed automatic transmission gearbox. It gets you up to 204 horsepower with 250Nm of torque. This would be a more powerful engine as compared to its previous version that came with a 190 horsepower and 230Nm of torque. It takes only 8.5 seconds to get you from zero to hundred and also top speeds at 234km/h.

On the other hand, the more powerful version (of course with a RM200k more price tag) comes fitted with a 3.0 liter twin turbo direct injection engine that gives you up to 306 horses and 400Nm of torque. Surely you will expect this car to be way quicker where it takes only 6.1 seconds to get you from zero to hundred where its top speed is limited to 250. The nice thing about this is that it comes with an 8 speed automatic transmission gearbox which they call it the Sports Automatic system. This means that you will get paddle shifters with the M gearshift logic fitted as well.

Standard fittings here include the Dynamic Driving Control System where you can choose between the 4 different modes which will adjust the suspension, acceleration, steering ratio and the transmission shifts of the car using either Comfort, Normal, Sport and Sport+ which are pretty much self explanatory. Otherwise, you will like the Integral Steering System, the BER or Brake Energy Regeneration and Electromechanical Steering system as well. Accessories in this car includes a 16 speaker audio system while a 12 speaker set up is fitted in the 523i. the 535i too comes with the cooler stuff like a sunroof, the BMW Navigation Professional System, a 10.2 inches LCD screen and a 4 zone climate control system. Apparently, this is supposed to be the most spacious F10 as claimed by BMW so its very much about comfort, space and luxury in the new 5 series.
