Euromobil launches the Audi A5 2.0 TFSI Quattro

Priced at RM399,900 (which is almost touching the RM400k mark), the A5 gets you from zero to hundred in 6.5 seconds and top speeding at 245km/h, the 2.0 liter is reported to give you about 13.3 km/l of fuel consumption. It might be a bit pricey though considering that it is a 3 year old model and is costlier than its competitor, the BMW 325i Coupe which is about RM20k less. According to Euromobil, they are targeting to roll out about 20 or 30 units of this version of the A5 by the end of this year. Audi has been performance extremely well over recent years with their new designs and models and this version will surely go very well with the buyers in the segment.

Having said that, the uniqueness about the A5 is that first of all, not everyone drive an Audi and for the additional 20k, you get quite an impressive list of goodies. For starters, you get 6 airbags, ESP system, adaptive xenon lights and the very popular LED curvy and running lights made famous by Audi. On top of that, you also get Audi’s own tyre pressure monitoring system as well as an electric parking brake. Driving is enhanced through its Audi Drive Select damping control where you can choose between the Auto, Dynamic and Comfort modes respectively.

Entertainment is channeled through its world-class renowned hi-fi audio brand B&O (Bang & Olufsen) via its 10 channel amplifier out onto its 14 speakers where you can plug in your USBs and iPods or Bluetooth devices. SD Cards are also usable within its 6 CD changer. The S Line emblem is embossed articulately on its Milano leather sports seats as well as on the steering wheel.
