First batch of locally assembled BMW 328i and 320d launched

The first batch of the F30 3-Series which are locally assembled from the BMW assembly plant in Kulim h been introduced.

This was done recently through BMW Malaysia where they launched the 320d and the 328i models respectively. The 328i is priced at RM289,800 while the 320d is RM248,800 both on the road, without insurance and they come with the BMW Service Inclusive + Repair package. This is about RM20k cheaper than the CBU models which were launched recently.

For the 328i, you can choose between the Sport and Luxury Lines while the 320d comes with either the Sport or the Modern line variants. The 328i is fitted with the 2.0 liter TwinPower Turbo engine that boosts out some 245 horses while the diesel model gets you up to 184 horses through its 2.0 liter diesel engine. In terms of design, they are pretty much the same as the previous CBU variants while you get some changes on the Modern Line of the 320d model. The 328i is fitted with 18 inch alloys while the 17-inches ones are fitted on the 320d. As such, the petrol version comes with a navigation system Professional and the BMW ConnectedDrive application which is not included in the diesel counterpart.
