For RM2.8m, you can now get your hands on the 4WD Ferrari FF

Malaysia’s distributor of supercar brand Ferrari has brought in the new Ferrari FF where they showed off to the public recently.

The FF was first launched at the Geneva motor show earlier this year and is the latest to come out from the Italian supercar manufacturer which is set to replace the outgoing 612 Scaglietti.

The FF here means ‘Ferrari Four’ which is used to represent its four-wheel drive system which is the first time they are adopting this drivetrain. But it does not end there because the four also means that it is a four seater car. Under the hood is the 6.262 liter V12 Direct Injection engine paired with a Dual Clutch 7 speed automatic gearbox. Now if you think that it will drink fuel, then you are wrong because the engineers at Ferrari had taken great lengths to ensure that it is fuel efficient as well as low on CO2 emission. Using the new and revolutionary High Emotions-Low Emission (HELE) system which is equipped with the Start & Stop technology, its fuel consumption is reported to be at 15.4 liters per 100 km with only 360g/km of CO2 emissions.

With 660 horse to boost and only 3.7 seconds from zero to hundred, it is very much a more homely car as compared to its other siblings as it comes with a DVD infotainment system with Dolby Surround Sound. At RM2.8 million, it’s hard to say that it’s worth it, but if you have that money, then it surely is.
