If you have been among those who have been anticipating the launch of the new Honda Jazz S, wait no more as it is now part of the Malaysian Jazz line-up.
Honda Malaysia has just introduced the new Honda Jazz S which effectively replaces the current Grade V version.
Priced at RM99,800, it is RM10k cheaper than the previous version where this face-lifted version which comes from Honda’s Thailand plant will join the recently launched Honda Jazz Hybrid. The price is for on-the-road with insurance where it comes with 3 colours namely Polished Metal Metallic, Crystal Black Pearl and Brilliant White Pearl. This are the same colours that were offered in the Grade V but it does not come with the Brilliant Orange Metallic shades anymore.
It comes with smaller alloy wheels where they are 15 inch ones while you also get new bumpers both in front and back while cheaper price means you get lesser stuffs and this include steering wheel mounted audio controls, paddle shifters and some others.
Under the hood is the 1.5 liter i-VTEC engine paired with a 5 speed automatic transmission gearbox and safety features here include dual airbags, ABS, EBD, Brake Assist as well as the VSA or Vehicle Stability Assist system.
