Honda plants in China re-opens, workers accept new deal

According to the 2 leaders of the strike who have since been terminated by the company, despite the re-adjustments, it is still a bit lower than what the workers are demanding for where they were asking for a 53% increment to 2,300 Yuan monthly. Honda claims that there are ‘several dozen’ more who do not accept the new terms and are currently trying to disrupt those who have already accepted the deal. Honda reported that those who are involved are only a small fraction and most of the 1,990 employees have since resumed their work at the plants which are in charge of producing the engine and transmission parts for Honda cars.
