Jaguar’s new 2010 XF is no vintage

So the new XF really is quite a big change from Jaguar’s almost too common classic designs and with the new version of the XF that comes with a new engine as well since the brand was taken over by Tata group. Of course, if you know the original XF came with a 4.2 liter V8 engine that gave you about 300 horses. This new one comes with a 5.0 liter V8 engine, pretty much running on the same system but gets you up to 510 horses. The XF is a rear-wheel drive car and is mated with a 6 speed automatic transmission gearbox.

All in all there are 2 variants of the new XF which you can get the standard version that boosts out some 385 horses and the top of the range super car which gets you the 510 horsepowers. The original version has been retained and all comes with paddle shifters. Zero to hundred is 6.3 seconds on the original while the new one gets you in 5.5. But if you are taking on the roads with the supercharger version, it takes only 4.7 seconds.

The car sits 5 adults comfortably but seriously this would not be the car which you want to fetch so many people and look overcrowded because it is still a Jaguar after all. It comes with cool features like automatic climate control system, keyless entry and engine start, sunroof, leather upholstery and such. On top of that, the in-car entertainment system is a 6 CD changer as well as Bluetooth connectivity. All that in the standard model. Go a step further and you get cooler additions like front and rear parking sensors, Bowers & Wilkins audio system with HD as well as 20 inch wheels. How about that for a classic?
