Following the huge success of the Kia Forte, Naza Kia Malaysia has launched another model for the Malaysian market and this time it comes in the form of the new Kia Optima K5.
The widely anticipated D-segment model comes in one engine variant which is the 2.0 liter Theta II MPI engine paired with a six-speed automatic transmission gearbox and will be sold for RM143,888 on-the-road which comes in 3 colours namely Platinum Graphite, Snow White Pearl and Bright Silver.
The Kia Optima K5 comes with a long list of very impressive fittings where you will get an 18 inch, 10 spoke alloy wheels, auto-leveling HID xenon headlights, LED daytime running lights and LED rear combination lights to name a few. Apart from that, you also get leather around the inside while entertainment comes through its 8 speaker Infinity speaker system with a 6 CD changer unit. Safety features include 6 airbags with dual front, front side and full-length curtain ones, ABS, EBD, TCS as well as the hill-start assist control and brake assist systems respectively which are pretty standard these days.
On top of all that, you also get a panoramic glass sunroof, push button start and stop system, an 8 way electronically controlled seat as well as iPod an USB connectivity.
