If you have been those who had always liked the Mitsubishi Lancer but drags the fact that it is very similar to the Proton Inspira, the good news is that you can now have one which has a distinct design.
This comes in the form of the recently launched Mitsubishi Lancer 2.0 GTE. It will be replacing the Lancer GT and better news yet, it is actually cheaper, amidst more features and accessories.
The price of the new Mitsubishi Lancer 2.0 GTE is at RM118,888 on-the-road with insurance. This is quite a far cry from the outgoing Lancer GT, which was priced at RM129,025 on-the-road with insurance.
For this steal, you now get a sunroof, ISOFIX fixtures on the rear-seat, a knee airbag on the driver’s seat and a keyless operation system which comes with a turn-to-start knob.
Apart from that, a full bodykit with LED DRLs are fitted for the GTE as well as automatic halogen headlights. A rear spoiler with nice looing 18-inch wheels is included as well while the 6.1 inch touchscreen head unit which is paired with the reverse camera. To make the driving experience all the more exciting, it has magnesium paddle shifters, Nappa leather upholstery and cruise-control too.
