Malaysians can now get their hands on the new Range Rover Evoque after its official launch. It is sold here in 3 CBU (Completely Built-Unit) variants.
The top of the range version is the 2.0 liter Petrol Coupe Dynamic Plus which is sold for RM393,888 while the 5 door versions are the 2.0L Petrol 5-Door Prestige which is priced at RM363,888 and the 2.2L Diesel 5-Door Prestige is sold for RM353,888 (on the road without insurance).
The response for the Evoque has been totally overwhelming where they have already garnered more than 250 bookings prior to the launch. The Coupe and the 5 door Prestige models are powered up with the 2.0 liter, 240PS turbocharged engine paired with the AW F-21, 6 speed automatic transmission gearbox while the diesel model is charged up with the 2.2 liter, 190PS turbodiesel engine fitted with the same gearbox.
Standard fittings come in the form of push-button start system, a 380-Watt Meridian powered sound system controlled through its 8 inch touchscreen with HDD capabilities, cruise control, electronic parking brakes, xenon headlamps and many more. The Adaptive Dynamics System, a panoramic roof with solar attenuating glass and metal-finish pedals are provided in the Coupe only while all versions get the nice looking 20 inch alloy wheels.
