The recent launch of the new Perodua Myvi (Lagi Best!) saw the phasing out of their previous models and it seems that they are given a ‘new’ breathe of life when Perodua United Kingdom launched the Myvi Jet and Myvi Sport Silver limited editions.
Generally, the Myvi in the UK is still very much the first generation model which is the pre-facelift model which is almost the first model before 2008. The Myvi Jet comes with side moldings, a remote central locking system, chrome door handle as well as 14 inch 10 spoke alloy wheels. Seen here in the Ebony black model, one can choose either the automatic or manual gears.
On the other hand, the Myvi Sport Silver offers 15 inch 10 spoke alloys while comes with a nice carbon-fibre type of finish while other fittings are almost the same. In the UK, the Myvi Jet is sold for £7,499 while the Sport Silver model is priced at £7,999. This is where you get the nice aerodynamic kit and comes only with the manual gearbox.
Both the models come with standard fittings like those in Malaysia like the electric door mirrors, integrated CD Player, power steering and air conditioning (and heater).
