Sedan version of VW Polo, the Vento unveiled

The new Vento comes with 2 engine choices where it is powered up by a 1.6 liter petrol version that gets you up to 104 horsepowers and 153Nm of torque which is paired with a 5 speed manual transmission gearbox or the 6 speed automatic Tiptronic gearbox. Alternatively you can also opt for the 1.6 TDi diesel version that gets you 104 horse and 250NJm of torque which comes only with the manual gearbox.

It comes in 2 trim levels known as the Trendline and the Highline version where the Trendline is the basic version of the Vento that comes with either white or red solid body colours. The Highline of course is the top range model that gets you more equipments like safety fittings including ABS, dual airbags, adjustable front passenger seat , an MP3 enabled CD player powered through 4 speakers, the Climatronic system that covers rear AC vents and as well as remote control central locking.

Inside the car, you will like some subtle accessories like the 1 liter bottle compartments on the front doors, a place to store your sunglasses in the glove compartment, armrest in front and rer center as well as nice cupholders around. Apart from that, a multi function information display is also included that tells you what you need to know about door opening and such. The official launch of the new Vento is expected somewhere at the end of this year.
