National carmaker Proton recently unveiled their Proton Satria Neo R3.
As with the models that come out from their R3 centre, this would be the sportier version of the widely popular hatchback where it comes with the 1.6 Campro engine that will boost out some 125 horses.
The R3 makeover is also extended to the body with a new front splitter and a nice looking rear spoilers while they have also included a 6-spoke 16 inch alloy wheels with gunmetal shade in its R3 Design package. Essentially, the Satria Neo R3 Executive Line comes in 2 guises which are the MT version priced at RM61,250 while the you pay RM3,000 more for the AT version.
It is as if you will be constantly reminded that you are driving an R3 Neo as the emblem is set around the car including the leather upholstery and the floor mats. Dual airbags, ABS with EBD are the standard safety features here while they also fitted in a double-DIN multimedia player equipped with a navigation system. The Satria Neo R3 comes in 3 colours which are GTi Silver, Tranquillity Black and Fire Red in which you could also choose to upgrade more R3 goodies like the full exhaust system and others.
