The distributor and assembler of Nissan cars in Malaysia, Edaran Tan Chong Motors Berhad has launched the new Nissan Navara King Cab 4×4. This limited edition version is the first to be introduced with the new body-style where they are targeting for buyers who like in-cabin and rear cargo storage space. There will be 4 colours to choose from namely, Twilight Grey, Brilliant White, Tungsten Silver and the very elegant, Supreme Black.
It will be sold for RM82,800 on the road with insurance with a 100,000km or 3 years warranty which ever comes first.
This model comes with 4 doors which is very much like the standard double cabs but the difference here (which is also the first) gets you the 90 degrees openable rear doors which does not have pillars which is not really meant for passengers. This means that you will get quite a lot of space for cargo which means this model is a no-nonsense hardworking machine. It comes powered up by the 2.5 liter engine that boost out around 171 horses which is mated to a 6 speed manual gearbox. As it is naturally a 4×4 you get to change from 2WD to 4WD through its ‘Shift on the Fly’ mode which allows you to switch when the car is moving.
