ETCM (Edaran Tan Chong Motor Sdn Bhd) has launched the new Nissan NV200 Semi Panel Van which will join the Nissan NV200 Panel Van product line.
This will be a very practical vehicle where it is about the same size but this is where you will only get a 2-seater van.
If you haven’t already know, the NV200 is the same model which was recently chosen among many other suitors to replace the current fleet of yellow taxis of New York City although that one comes with a more powerful, 2.0 liter engine.
The standard NV200 was made as a 5-seater and this new model fits lesser people because the second row of seats have been taken off to provide more cargo area which is at 2.33 cubic metres. To make it more practical, you can also get in through the rear top hinged door.
Powered by the 1.6 liter HR16DE engine with CVTC valve timing and a 5 speed manual transmission gearbox, it comes fitted with safety features like ABS, EBD and airbag for the driver as well as an electric power steering.
